The room was clean and spacious, with excellent amenities for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, which was slightly distracting. The breakfast was outstanding, served by a friendly staff member who truly made the experience special. However, an issue arose with payment when the check-in clerk refused my preferred payment method, which impacted our overall experience.

Staying with a group of friends was a blast! We explored a beautiful fishing lake and even hit the Adventure Falls Miniature Golf. The hotel staff were super friendly, and the location was perfect for dining and shopping. Rooms were clean and spacious, making it easy for us to relax together.

One of my friends had a rough start when they found their door already open upon arrival. It made them feel uneasy, and no one offered to check it for her. Definitely an unusual experience for us as frequent travelers.

the holiday inn express offered a great stay! the staff was super friendly and helpful. our room was very clean, comfortable, and had a nice central location near plenty of restaurants. we loved the pancake maker at breakfast too!

I was part of a large group for a weekend getaway, and the staff treated us exceptionally well. From Allen arranging our rooms together to the clean, modern spaces, everything was top-notch. The kids loved the inviting pool, and the breakfast spread was delightful! Definitely recommend for group trips.
